Neck, Back, Hips you name it! We heard it all.
"I don't know what happened i can't move my back this morning, yesterday it was fine"
"My neck is so bad now, it is so painful when i try to turn it"
"I can't lift my shoulders"
A poor sleeping posture can lock your body in a bad position for hours, causing reduced blood flow to the local muscles, and a buildup of lactic acid, causing stiffness. Living working in a cold or damp environment causes muscles to stiffen because the cold or damp affects the blood flow through the body. There are many more of the reasons why this happens but better to know how to heal it earlier than later because it can last longer than you can imagine!
Here are simple things that you can do to reduce your body lock!
- Stretch out
- Heat pack
That is the easy way i usually treat myself when it's already happened. However, you need to prevent your position of doing things, if that is from sleeping position or the bed material, sitting long hours then get up every now and then to stretch out. I find that we actually know what causes and what can prevent the symptom but many of us just can't give the time to do it then you are in pain! Hope you will find this useful and see you all again with some helpful information.
